How It Works

Throw pillow covers should be cut to the exact pillow form size plus seam allowances (the form will fill out the cover nicely). Envelope backs are the easiest closure, using two overlapping back pieces that let you remove the cover for washing. For a professional look, cut the cover 1 inch smaller than the form so the pillow looks plump rather than saggy.
